What we do

Business Growth Academy teaches practical scaling: the unglamorous work of turning intent into repeatable execution. Most founders already know what “good” looks like—clear positioning, a pipeline that doesn’t stall, managers who own outcomes, and operations that survive a bad week. The gap is method, cadence, and accountability. Our programmes are designed around weekly rhythms: scorecards, pipeline reviews, leadership 1:1s, and process ownership. Each track includes short video lessons, templates you can apply immediately, and mentor clinics where your real numbers and decisions are reviewed.

The curriculum covers how to set leading indicators, define roles with a RACI map, run a hiring funnel with structured interviews, and keep marketing and sales aligned through a shared definition of qualified demand. Strategy is taught as choices and trade-offs, not slogans: segmentation, pricing logic, offer packaging, and operating constraints. If you want a platform that respects your time, pushes you into action, and stays grounded in operator metrics, you’re in the right place.

Programmes across the full operating system

Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Business Strategy

Each programme is a structured track with a weekly cadence: 30–45 minutes of video, a concrete deliverable, and a review loop. Expect worksheets, dashboards, and decision logs—not motivational noise.

Mentor-led clinics

Bring a pipeline snapshot, a role design, or a pricing decision. Mentors review assumptions, surface constraints, and leave you with next actions that can be executed this week.

Community with standards

A moderated space organised around execution threads: hiring, lead flow, fulfilment, and leadership. Clear templates for posts keep discussions useful and specific.

Event calendar

Monthly events that map to the curriculum

Each month includes a clinic cycle: pipeline review, leadership 1:1 calibration, operations scorecard, and a strategy decision workshop. Attendance is optional; recordings are available to members.

Playbooks and templates

Scorecards, SOP outlines, interview guides, messaging frameworks, and weekly review agendas. Built for the operator: clear owners, dates, and definitions.

How it works

Progress comes from a repeatable loop: diagnose, choose, implement, and review. We teach this with a cadence that resembles an executive operating rhythm—short inputs, clear outputs, and decisions recorded with owners and dates. The method is deliberate: you build a small set of leading indicators, run weekly reviews, and tighten role clarity until delegation is safe.

  1. 01

    Assess

Map the current operating system: scorecards, pipeline stages, fulfilment constraints, and decision bottlenecks. We use a simple diagnostic that surfaces where throughput is actually limited.

  2. 02

    Choose track

Pick a programme aligned to the constraint: Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Strategy. Each track has weekly deliverables designed to change behaviour, not just knowledge.

  3. 03

    Implement

Execute with a weekly rhythm: scorecard review, pipeline review, and team 1:1s. You’ll use templates that enforce clarity: owners, definitions, and due dates.

  4. 04

    Review with mentor

Bring work-in-progress to clinics. Mentors review decisions and assumptions, pressure-test your operating model, and help you tighten the loop until it produces consistent outcomes.

Student outcomes and feedback

Here are examples of what members report after running the curriculum for a full cycle. We focus on behaviours that produce compounding results: pipeline hygiene, managerial ownership, documented processes, and faster decision-making. Outcomes depend on industry, starting point, and execution cadence.

Client feedback 4.7/5 UK service businesses and B2B

Case study: Sales pipeline discipline for a consultancy (London)

Problem: Opportunities were recorded inconsistently and forecasts were mostly intuition. Deal stages were vague, and the team couldn’t explain why conversion moved week to week.

Approach: We rebuilt the pipeline stages, created an entry/exit checklist for each stage, and introduced a weekly pipeline review with “next action” ownership. Messaging notes were captured in a simple deal log to reduce rework.

Outcome: After eight weeks of cadence, the team reported a more reliable forecast window and reduced time lost to “stale” deals. Conversion improved as stages became auditable rather than aspirational.

The leadership modules made our 1:1s useful again. We moved from “status updates” to a consistent agenda: priorities, obstacles, decisions, and commitments. Managers started owning outcomes instead of escalating everything.

The sales track forced us to define what “qualified” means. Once we wrote the criteria down and used it in reviews, marketing and sales stopped arguing about lead quality and started improving the same funnel.
James T., Managing Partner, B2B agency, Bristol

The operations templates are straightforward. We documented our fulfilment steps, assigned owners, and set a weekly scorecard. The biggest change is speed: fewer meetings, clearer decisions, and less rework.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about programmes, mentorship, and how membership works. If you have a specific situation, admissions can route you to the right track and mentor clinic.

What is the time commitment each week?
Most members plan for 60–120 minutes per week: one short video block, one deliverable, and a review ritual (either with your team or in a mentor clinic). The platform is built around cadence, so smaller consistent blocks beat occasional long weekends.
Is this for startups, agencies, or product companies?
The curriculum is operator-focused and fits most UK SMEs with a team and recurring delivery: agencies, consultancies, training providers, B2B services, and product businesses with a sales motion. Admissions can help you choose a track that matches your go-to-market and delivery model.
What do mentor clinics look like in practice?
Clinics are working sessions, not lectures. Members bring artefacts: a pipeline snapshot, a role scorecard, a weekly KPI view, or messaging draft. Mentors apply a consistent rubric: definitions, leading indicators, constraint analysis, and next actions.
Can my leadership team join?
Yes. Many members invite a head of sales, operations lead, or finance partner into the same cadence so scorecards and review rituals are shared. We encourage a single source of truth for metrics and a clear RACI for decisions.
How do you handle my data and privacy?
We collect only what’s needed to respond to enquiries and provide membership support. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and require consent. See our Privacy Policy and use “Manage cookie preferences” in the footer at any time.
Do you guarantee outcomes?
No. Education and execution support improve decision quality and cadence, but results depend on your market, starting conditions, and implementation. We focus on building repeatable operating habits that compound over time.
