You are responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on content from the Site. Outcomes vary based on market conditions, execution cadence, team capability, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ÂŁ100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Business Growth Academy Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) information you submit through the Site.

11. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, pandemics, failures of internet service providers, cloud service outages, power failures, or cyberattacks.

12. International Use

The Site is operated from the United Kingdom. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access the Site from outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Business Growth Academy Ltd regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the Site.

18. Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms (in whole or in part) as part of a corporate reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Business Growth Academy Ltd.

Changes will become effective 14 days after they are posted on this page, unless a change is required by law or relates to new functionality, in which case it may be effective immediately.
