Programmes built for weekly execution
Each programme is a track with a simple rhythm: short video lessons, a deliverable you can apply to your business, and a review loop (with your team or in mentor clinics). The goal is measurable operator change—clearer decisions, cleaner pipelines, and more reliable delivery.
Leadership: The 30‑minute 1:1 that produces decisions
Preview a lesson from the Leadership programme on running a consistent 1:1 agenda: commitments, obstacles, decision rights, and follow‑through. It includes a meeting template, a decision log, and a short rubric for coaching without drifting into therapy.
Preview content is representative of the teaching style. Membership includes full lessons, templates, event replays, and mentor clinics.
Programmes and tracks
The academy is organised around the operating system of a growing business. Each programme is designed to produce a tangible artefact: a scorecard, a hiring scorecard, a pipeline definition, a messaging house, or a weekly operating rhythm. If you are unsure where to start, admissions can help identify the current constraint and recommend the track that will move throughput first.
Scaling Foundations
The entry point for members who want a coherent operating cadence. You will define your scorecard, map your pipeline, and introduce a weekly review ritual with owners, definitions, and a decision log. Think: fewer meetings, clearer decisions, and less rework.
Leadership
Build managerial ownership with clean 1:1s, decision rights, and role scorecards. The programme uses a simple RACI map to reduce escalation and make delegation safe.
Deliverables: role scorecards, decision log, 1:1 agenda.
Marketing
Clarify positioning, define a messaging house, and build a demand plan that sales can actually use. The focus is on qualified demand, not vanity metrics.
Deliverables: messaging framework, channel plan, MQL definition.
Sales
Make the pipeline auditable with entry/exit criteria, next-action ownership, and forecast logic. The goal is consistent deal movement and fewer “stale” opportunities.
Deliverables: pipeline stages, discovery script, review agenda.
Operations
Document the critical path of fulfilment and design a weekly scorecard review that turns variance into action. Expect SOP outlines, owner assignment, and capacity logic.
Deliverables: SOP map, scorecard, weekly review cadence.
Business Strategy
Strategy is taught as trade-offs: which segment you serve, what you refuse, how you price, and which operating constraints shape your plan. You will build a simple strategy memo that can be communicated to a team without drifting into slogans.
Deliverables: strategy memo, offer packaging, decision constraints.
How programmes are delivered
Each track is structured around a repeatable loop. Instead of long lectures, you will work through short lessons, complete a deliverable, and review it. The review can be done internally (with your leadership team) or in mentor clinics where your artefacts are pressure-tested. The work is designed to be “operator-friendly”: definitions are explicit, owners are named, and decisions are recorded so execution does not drift.
-
01
Assess
Identify the constraint with a short diagnostic: pipeline friction, role ambiguity, fulfilment capacity, or weak decision cadence. The aim is to choose the track that moves throughput first.
-
02
Learn
Watch a short lesson (typically 10–20 minutes) with an explicit outcome. Lessons are built around clear definitions—what “qualified” means, what counts as “done”, and how to measure progress.
-
03
Deliver
Complete the week’s artefact: a pipeline stage definition, a role scorecard, an SOP outline, or a strategy memo. Deliverables are designed to be shared with a team and maintained over time.
-
04
Review
Review with a mentor clinic or your internal leadership team. The rubric is consistent: definitions, leading indicators, constraint analysis, and next actions with owners and dates.
Event calendar
Live sessions follow a monthly cycle that matches the curriculum: pipeline reviews, leadership calibration, operations scorecard sessions, and a strategy workshop. Attendance is optional; members can watch replays. Calendar times are shown in UK time.
| Session | Programme | Format | Time (UK) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pipeline Review Clinic | Sales | Live clinic + Q&A | Thu 18:00 |
| Messaging Draft Review | Marketing | Workshop | Tue 12:30 |
| Weekly Scorecard Walkthrough | Operations | Live demo + review | Wed 17:30 |
| Decision Rights Calibration | Leadership | Clinic | Mon 16:00 |

Times and topics may change to match cohort needs. Members receive a confirmation email for each event they register for.
Choose the membership level that matches your cadence
Plans are designed around the amount of review support you want. Some founders prefer to run the playbooks internally; others want a tighter loop with mentor clinics. If you are building a leadership layer, shared access for key operators keeps the scorecard and definitions consistent.
